• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared success.
