Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Transmission Line QA/QC Engineer to their Indianapolis office! Responsibilities:
- Overseedesign reviews/validation procedures
- Ensureaccuracy and safety of the design of high voltage transmission lines usingPLS-CADD
- Establishquality standards aligned with industry best practices
- Develop/implementquality control procedures
- Mentor/trainjunior staff with varying levels of experience
- ChampionQA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineeringoutputs
- Communicatewith project managers to align quality goals with schedule/budget
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or engineering technology
- 5+years of transmission engineering experience
- LicensedProfessional Engineer (PE)
- Proficientin PLS CADD
- Expertin the analysis of transmission structures
- Abilityto comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards andregulations
- Abilityto optimize complex systems and workflows
- Abilityto translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drivecross-functional collaboration
- ValidDriver's License is required
