### **Role Overview**

Are you interested in the future of Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for **100+ motivated individuals** to help train the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs). This is an entry-level, non-technical role where your human judgment is the most valuable asset. **No degree required.**

### **What You’ll Do**

* **AI Quality Control:** Review and rank responses generated by AI to ensure they are helpful, accurate, and safe.
* **Creative Writing:** Draft high-quality prompts and "ideal" responses to teach the AI how to converse naturally.
* **Fact-Checking:** Verify that the AI’s claims are backed by reliable sources.
* **Feedback:** Identify biases or errors in AI reasoning.

### **Requirements (The "Low Barrier")**

* **Fluency in English:** Excellent reading and writing skills are a must.
* **Attention to Detail:** Ability to spot small errors in logic or formatting.
* **Equipment:** A reliable laptop/PC and high-speed internet.
* **No Experience Needed:** We provide all the training you need to get started.
