Desert View Care Center is a fantastic skilled nursing facility located in Buhl, ID . We are expanding our nursing team and we are excited that you've considered us. No problem! The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experienceWhat do we ask from you?RequirementsCurrent CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employmentEffective communication with coworkers and residentsWillingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term careJob DutiesAnswer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while they are in bedProvide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate dietRecord food and liquid intake and output as necessaryReporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortableSkilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care
