[ Summary ] A leading global manufacturing corporation specializing in high-quality aluminum and material solutions is seeking an ambitious, pioneering bilingual (Japanese/English) accounting graduate for their Louisville, KY office. This is a unique global career opportunity designed specifically for OPT (opional practical training) holders. The successful candidate will start their career in the U.S. for a 1-year practical training period to understand U.S. finance operations and assist expatriate teams. Upon demonstrating strong potential and performance, you will transition into a permanent role at the Global Headquarters in Japan, opening doors to future international assignments across the company's vast global network. Assist in daily accounting and financial operations under the guidance of the management team. Support Japanese expatriates with corporate coordination, translations, and bilingual communication. Maintain and record precise daily work hours within established guidelines. Prepare and file monthly/trip business expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to itemized documentation requirements. Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop a solid foundation in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Engage in continuous performance plans and annual reviews to foster technical and professional development. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek) . Style: On-site (Louisville, KY office). Meal Break: 30-minute unpaid meal break between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m..

Salary: $40K - $50K (Depends on experience and performance) Group Insurance: Enrollment options for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short/Long-Term Disability Insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (Up to a maximum annual accrual of 80 hours for the first year). Sick Leave: 5 Sick Days (40 hours) awarded in the first calendar year. (No carry-over, used in minimum 4-hour increments) . [ Qualifications ] Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (Graduating or recently graduated candidates on OPT). Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (Professional verbal and written communication skills). Strong pioneer spirit, high curiosity, and adaptability to live and work globally. Must possess the desire to transfer to the Japan Headquarters after 1 year of U.S. OPT employment.
