Kiehl's Since 1851, Part Time Skin Care Sales - Scottsdale, AZ (Kierland Commons) Kiehl's Since 1851, Keyholder - Kierland, AZ A Day in the Life As a Kiehl's Keyholder, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll embody the spirit and heritage of our old‑world apothecary, making a real impact in our Kierland community. Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long‑term business strategies. Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment. Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl's brand. We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for serving others to help lead our team. You are a great match if you have a collaborative mindset, an ability to inspire others, and a desire to grow with us. A High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service. Prior keyholder experience is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month. The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!
