Project Manager El Project Manager ser responsable de la gestin integral, coordinacin y supervisin de proyectos tecnolgicos dentro de la organizacin. Actuar como punto de contacto principal e interlocutor de escalamiento, asegurando la correcta comunicacin entre las reas de soporte, clientes internos y la Direccin General de Tecnologas de Informacin e Innovacin. Este rol garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de los proyectos en alcance, tiempo y calidad, as como la entrega de reportes y la coordinacin de actividades en situaciones de contingencia o incidentes crticos. Responsabilidades principales: Ser el punto de contacto e interlocutor de escalamiento para todos los servicios contratados. Fungir como punto de escalamiento para todos los proyectos en ejecucin durante la vigencia del contrato. Responsable de la entrega de reportes posteriores a incidentes en un plazo mximo de 10 das naturales despus de su ocurrencia. Recibir y gestionar llamadas del personal de la Direccin General de Tecnologas de Informacin e Innovacin ante fallas crticas en el servicio o incidentes que requieran coordinacin entre mltiples grupos de soporte. Coordinar y supervisar las actividades derivadas de una contingencia tecnolgica para restablecer los servicios en el menor tiempo posible. Elaborar planes de proyecto, cronogramas y matrices de riesgos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos en tiempo y forma. Supervisar la ejecucin de proyectos bajo metodologas de gestin de proyectos reconocidas (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, etc.). Reportar peridicamente el estado de los proyectos a las partes interesadas (stakeholders). Requisitos: Ttulo o Cdula Profesional en Licenciatura o Ingeniera en reas de Sistemas, Tecnologas de la Informacin o afines. Experiencia mnima de 3 aos en posiciones similares (comprobable). Certificacin vigente como Project Management Professional (PMP) expedida por el PMI. Experiencia comprobable en gestin de proyectos de IT, manejo de proveedores y coordinacin de equipos multidisciplinarios. Habilidades de comunicacin, negociacin, liderazgo y resolucin de conflictos. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presin y gestionar mltiples proyectos simultneamente. Competencias deseables: Conocimiento en metodologas giles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMBOK, PRINCE2). Habilidades analticas y de gestin de riesgos. Orientacin a resultados y enfoque en el cliente. Capacidad para coordinar proyectos con alcance nacional o internacional.
