We are seeking a Operating Room RN Charge Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pre-op, OR, and PACU nursing teams.
• Act as primary clinical resource to staff, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrators.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely patient flow throughout all phases of care.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling adjustments, and assignment of nursing duties.
• Maintain regulatory and accreditation standards (CMS, AAAHC/AAAHC, OSHA, infection control).
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education of nursing personnel.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, incident reporting, and peer review.
• Ensure proper documentation, medication management, and adherence to sterile processing protocols.
• Serve as a leader in promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed in Pre-Op, OR, or PACU.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of California.
• Minimum 2–3 years of ASC, perioperative, or PACU experience (Charge/lead
  experience preferred).
• BLS and ACLS and PALS required;
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards (AORN), infection control, and
  emergency response.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Comfort working in a start-up environment with evolving processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of Spanish is ideal but not required
