Position: BDC Sales Agent
Location: Atzenhoffer Chevrolet – Victoria, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Compensation: Hourly Base + Performance Bonuses

We’re currently looking for a BDC Sales Agent to help us take our customer engagement and appointment-setting efforts to the next level. If you're motivated, love working with people, and want to be part of a winning team — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats
• Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team that show up and buy
• Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects
• Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure-free communication
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
• Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
• Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus
• Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays
