Packer - Day/Night Shifts

You'll help create and package plastic horticultural containers used across the country, working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Help keep production running smoothly
• Inspect products to ensure quality (we'll train you!)
• Count, pack, and label finished items
• Follow simple work instructions and record basic information
• Be part of a team that values safety and support

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay active (this role involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout your shift)
• Good attention to detail
• A team player mindset-you'll work closely with others every day
