About the Position

Travel RN – ICU | Days | Nebraska

We are currently seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel assignment in Nebraska.

Assignment Details:

• Shift: Days
• Shift Length: 12 Hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Start Date: 06/22/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements

Requirements-

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

• Active RN License required at submission
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Driver’s license required at submission
• Candidates must reside outside the facility radius requirement

Unit Details:

• Adult ICU setting
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2–3
• Experience with titrating cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation required
• Common patient populations include trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory distress, renal failure, vascular, and overdose/substance abuse cases
• RNs are expected to read and interpret telemetry strips

Additional Information:

• Floating may be required to PCU and occasionally MedSurg units
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday requirement applies if holidays fall within contract period
• Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
• Travelers may be placed on call as needed
• Artificial nails are not permitted in patient care areas
• Orientation includes a pass/fail open-book exam with a required passing score of 90%
