Technical Account Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Semiconductor Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the Customer Relations Department, supporting the Sales and Client Success teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its ongoing success.

What's the Job?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for management review

• Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
