Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Oxford, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and well‑being in the comfort of their own homes. This position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Assist clients with medication reminders as per care plan instructions. Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Demonstrate respect, patience, and empathy in all interactions with clients and their families. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus. Ability to pass background. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Oxford, MI. Ability to work independently and follow care plans closely.
