This facility manufactures and distributes acoustical ceilings for commercial and residential installations in the United States and overseas. Primary responsibilities include Safe and effective setup and operation of manufacturing equipment. Know how and where to find process specifications and procedures and adhere to them. Demonstrateandinsist uponaccuracyinallreportingmeasure product quality, mobile equipment operation, product inspection, product packaging, scrap material reclamation. Maintain a skill level of the operation and a knowledge on equipment operation and product quality that allow for the assisting of setting up all aspects of the operation during start ups and change overs Maintain housekeeping at a level of excellence at all times in work areas. Demonstrateandinsist uponaccuracyinallreporting. Recognize product quality and help diagnose problems. Follow all safetyrulesandinsistthatallemployees associatedwith theoperationdo thesame.Performmiscellaneous duties asrequired or requested.
