Analytical Test Technician - Semiconductor

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr Job Title Analytical Test Technician Summary The Analytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra‑Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean‑room and manufacturing type settings. Non‑local candidates will receive monthly per diem. Duties and Responsibilities Test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems, including UHP and UPW systems. Hands‑on troubleshooting in clean room and manufacturing type settings. Helium Leak Testing. Particle Analysis. Moisture and Oxygen Testing. TOC and Water Testing. Facilities Support. Third‑party Quality Assurance activities. Requirements High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred. 1–2 years of experience in construction, trade, or other hands‑on assembly‑related background. Previous analytical testing experience – Helium leak checks. Ability to use and safely operate hand and power tools. Proficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematics. Process pipe and tube welding experience is a plus. Will pass required drug screening and background check. This is a safety‑sensitive position; ability to maintain appropriate standards is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators. Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
