We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial concrete projects. If you have strong concrete experience, know how to keep a crew moving, and can take a project from layout through the finished pour, we want to talk to you!
Key Requirements:
- Strong concrete construction experience with previous Foreman, Lead, or Crew Lead experience
- Ability to lead, organize, and work alongside a concrete crew
- Hands-on experience with forming, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete
- Experience with foundations, slabs, and other concrete projects
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and project plans
- Experience laying out jobs and preparing sites for concrete work
- Heavy equipment operation experience for site preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- Typically 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Start/end times may fluctuate depending on project needs and weather
- Temp to hire
