About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Global Supply Chain. This strategic and execution-focused leader will be a critical partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across key business initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strong operator, capable of translating strategy into measurable action, and ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives. This highly visible role directly influences the execution of the company's growth strategy and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with the possibility of remote work for the ideal candidate. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include driving the operational rhythm of the function, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and serving as the primary lead for strategic initiatives. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in supply chain operations, experience in KPI tracking and reporting, and the ability to lead and develop a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy or business operations, and a background in a fast-paced, global environment. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, and the candidate should possess key competencies in strategic thinking, operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, leadership, and influence.
