Project Manager III

Leading large-scale, complex projects within the Benefits Division, the full-time salaried Project Manager III will manage initiatives with budgets ranging from $1M to $5M, collaborating with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities Lead and manage multiple large projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Develop business cases, project charters, and strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders Facilitate project governance activities and communicate project progress to executive leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale business and technology projects Proven success managing projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are preferred
