Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and treatment goals. Deliver evidence-based therapy through tailored individual and group sessions, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific objectives and therapeutic interventions to facilitate actionable change. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health situations, demonstrating swift and effective response capabilities. Educate clients on mental health conditions and coping strategies, while also guiding them towards useful community resources to aid in their recovery. Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including assessment results, treatment progress, and outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Adhere to established ethical guidelines, ensuring that client confidentiality and informed consent processes are rigorously followed. Employ cultural awareness and sensitivity, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment for clients of diverse backgrounds. Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic care and optimal client treatment pathways. As a Mental Health Counselor at Mind Experts Counseling Center, you will provide support to clients of all ages, many of whom seek assistance with anxiety, depression, adjustments to life changes, and trauma recovery. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Proven experience in clinical settings providing direct therapy services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. Strong ethics and professionalism, maintaining integrity in treatment while respecting client boundaries. Demonstrated dedication to cultural sensitivity and awareness in both personal and professional practices. A commitment to ongoing education and professional development within the mental health field. Preferred Experience Experience working in outpatient settings, especially with a focus on group therapy modalities. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Previous experience in crisis intervention or emergency mental health response is a plus. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for sign-on bonuses and additional benefits.
