Public Benefits Case Manager — Client Advocate
Franklin County
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Case Manager to determine eligibility for TANF, Medicaid, Food Assistance and other public programs. You will interview clients in person, by phone, or in the field, gather documentation, authorize or deny participation, and coordinate services. You will develop plans, assist clients to access benefits, monitor compliance, conduct case conferences, maintain records, and attend trainings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Franklin County
