The Palms Recovery is opening it's Mental Health outpatient / PHP company in the near future.

**** PLEASE HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN A MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY ****

We are seeking a Clinical Director / Therapist / Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services and assist in starting off the new mental health program.

**** Must have direct knowledge and experience in mental health outpatient / PHP. ****

**** Must know how to set up all aspects of the program. Group schedules, hours, etc. ****

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
