LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking to hire an LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

• $29.58 to $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Full and Part-Time:  2:30pm to 11pm.

Qualifications of LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing - LPN.
• PA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• IV Therapy Certification required.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience in geriatric field.
• Prefer CPR Certification.

LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

• Participate in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents.
• Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
• Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects.
• Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
