LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking to hire an LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse
- $29.58 to $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
- Full and Part-Time: 2:30pm to 11pm.
Qualifications of LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing - LPN.
- PA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- IV Therapy Certification required.
- Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience in geriatric field.
- Prefer CPR Certification.
LPN – Resident Care Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
- Participate in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents.
- Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
- Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects.
- Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
