To drive the overall commercial strategy of a rapidly growing company in the mental health and wellness sector, the full-time remote Chief Of Staff will oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions while developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with long-term goals Oversee the sales team, setting objectives to achieve growth targets and building client relationships Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and optimize the client journey Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in healthcare or technology Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful commercial strategies Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
