Job Description Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- Rockland, ME Hybrid- up to 12 hours a week Overview This part‑time (12 hours/week), hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner role is ideal for a provider who values flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in a mission‑driven outpatient setting. Based in Rockland, ME , you will support patients engaged in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment through a blend of in‑person care and remote follow‑up. Responsibilities Patient Exams: Complete admission, readmission, and annual physicals; review labs with patients. Medication Management: Issue medication change orders (including verbal orders per state rules) and ensure accurate nursing follow‑through. Documentation: Review, complete, and sign required clinical documentation and reports. Team Support: Train and support nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent clinical practice.
