• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm -- no weekends or holidays
• 5 - 6 units per day
• Home health setting -- adult care
• Self-scheduling flexibility available for patient visits
• General ortho, generalized weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab
• 2 years of home health experience required
