Floor Tech Manager

Overview Lead Floor Care. Multi Clean is hiring a Floor Tech Manager to guide our floor care operation and keep client sites clean, safe, and presentation-ready. This role exists to set quality standards, coach the team, and deliver consistent results across every job. Responsibilities Lead and schedule floor techs Inspect completed work Train on proper methods and equipment use Coordinate supplies and job readiness Qualifications Strong knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings, nights/overnights, and weekends as needed Must pass background and drug test Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Competitive salary ($20–$25/hour) Paid time off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) How Your Shift Flows You’ll typically start in the evening by reviewing the night’s plan, confirming site access, and checking in with your crew before heading out. As the shift moves, you’ll rotate between locations, spot-checking floors under real lighting, answering questions in the moment, and adjusting the plan when priorities change.
