Mancan is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a prestigious company in the Cambridge, Ohio, area! Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Lunch: One-hour unpaid lunch break
Work Environment: Professional office setting with a collaborative team

Job Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and daily work plan reviews.
Assist with developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Maintain project schedules, records, and documentation to keep information accurate and up to date.
Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, milestone updates, and schedule reports.
Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.
Serve as a point of contact between vendors, subcontractors, Project Managers, and internal operations teams.
Assist with vendor contracts, document processing, record retention, and administrative workflows.
Help manage project scope changes and maintain appropriate change-control documentation.
Support leadership with project analysis and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and management processes.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or project coordination is a plus.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and contracts.
Understanding of engineering standards, industry practices, and applicable government regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without restrictions.

Work Environment
This position is based in a general office environment and involves working closely with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support successful project completion.
