School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time Location: Franklin, NH (On-Site Only) Duration: August 26, 2026 – June 17, 2027
We are hiring a part-time, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year to support a 5th–12th grade student population in Franklin, NH. This is an itinerant, fully on-site position offering a flexible schedule.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: 2 to 2.5 days per week (schedule adapts slightly throughout the year based on testing and evaluation demands).
Caseload: 5th through 12th-grade students.
Setting: Itinerant across district buildings (on-site required, no remote options).
Term: Full school year contract running from late August 2026 through mid-June 2027.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to middle and high school students in accordance with their IEPs.
Conduct student evaluations, assessments, and write comprehensive progress reports.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to implement effective accommodations and support student success.
Travel between school sites within the district to service students.
Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire state license as an Occupational Therapist.
Prior experience in a school setting or working with adolescents preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage an itinerant schedule and varying testing demands.
