Job Title

Masterson Staffing Solutions is now hiring for all shifts at our client company in Howard Lake, MN!

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st shift: 6:00a-1030p | $18/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-1030p | $20/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM | $22/hour

Job Summary

The Hand Packer is responsible for safely and correctly packaging eggs.

Responsibilities

• Remove eggs from line and place into packaging
• Remove & dispose of damaged or dirty eggs
• Communicate with denester team member on product flow changes
• Label cartons for packing
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, wear appropriate PPE
• Complete general cleaning duties in area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for duration of workshift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs regularly
