Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. What You’ll Be Doing Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements to buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the community. Complete preventative maintenance tasks including drywall repair, light painting, and general upkeep. Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and compliance. Respond to maintenance requests, alarms, and emergency situations while supporting building safety procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm About You Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance, building repair, or a related field. Experience using basic tools and performing routine repairs safely and effectively. CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire. Strong communication skills and a customer service-focused approach. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly in emergency situations.
