Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care position in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Nurse, you will use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes. See a client through their care needs – from hospital discharge to living a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight. Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or family, and monitor patient condition. Qualifications Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. The following additional qualifications are required or preferred: Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification. At least one year of nursing experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
