Director of Development Services & Land Use

Weston is transitioning to a modernized approach for managing development activity within the City. The City is establishing a dedicated Development Services Director to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic coordination of all development‑related operations.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in complex land use matters and a collaborative leadership style, with strong communication and emotional intelligence to ensure staff feel heard and valued.
