Physical Therapist

Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality physical therapy services to improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.



Job Details:

• Location: Celina, OH 45822
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 4x10 Days
• Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,250

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
  
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs.
  
  
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
  
  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
  
  
• Ensure patient safety while following all clinical policies and procedures.
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
  
  
• Maintain treatment equipment and therapy areas.
  
  
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  
  
• Current Physical Therapist licensure and applicable certifications.
  
  
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  
  
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy, and compassion.
  
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
