Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist in patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and achieve targets. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Adapt to changing patient needs and work environment dynamics. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in good standing. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting. Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient vital signs. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Experience in administering medications and treatments. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work environment.
