Pay: $85,000$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person | Local B2B and individual sales

Your Impact

• Mentor and support team members , helping them grow their skills, confidence, and achievements
  

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and deliver solutions that provide peace of mind
  

• Conduct engaging presentations, both one-on-one and in groups, tailored to client needs
  

• Maintain follow-ups and schedules to ensure clients and teammates feel fully supported
  

• Collaborate with leadership to create a culture of encouragement, growth, and shared success
