Job Title: Welder and Fitter

$25-$28 starting rate based on overall experience, weld test results, and ability to use shop equipment for fabrication work.

Job Description

Join our dynamic job shop as a Welder, where you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse welding projects. Utilize your skills in MIG welding and blueprint reading to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Measure materials using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Work with sheet metal in different capacities.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
• Familiarity with press brake operations is advantageous.
• Experience in laser operation is a beneficial addition.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
