Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the operating room setting
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Circulate cases across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, podiatry, neurology, and craniotomy
• Participate in on-call rotation shared equally among circulating nurses
• Float to alternate OR location as needed based on census

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms (e.g., MAKO, DaVinci)
