Job Overview

Delta Personnel Services is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and bag customer orders accurately
• Read and follow work instructions in English
• Use a scale counter to verify product quantities and weights
• Inspect products for quality before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English
• Basic math skills for counting and order verification
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Dependable with a positive work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
