APP Part Time - Primary Care+, Waterford Lakes

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work-life balance. In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. Schedule Details This position follows a fixed schedule. Friday, 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Why Join AdventHealth Primary Care+?
