Volunteer Seamstress & Knitter for Patient Comfort (Flexible)

Volunteer Services is currently seeking adult and student volunteers. We currently have three categories of volunteers: High School (at least 16 years old and a sophomore), College, and Adults (primarily not in school). When applying, please indicate which category you are. We are looking for volunteers willing to share their talents either sewing or knitting items for our patients from the comfort of their home or in person at the hospital. Items can include beanies, scarves, blankets, pillows, etc. These items help provide comfort and help us enhance our patient experience and help us meet our vision of patient firsts. Volunteers can help with the entire process or work in parts. For example, one volunteer can cut out patterns, another can sew patterns or help stuff pillows.
