Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Type: Permanent, Contract to Hire Location: Kingfisher, OK (On-Site) Benefits: This position is eligible for Health, Vision, Dental and 401(K) benefits. Pay: $23-26/HR Responsibilities Review job tickets for accuracy before converting them into field tickets and generating customer invoices Create and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner Manage accounts receivable activities and assist with collections as needed Support accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and payment documentation (based on workload) Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Code expenses accurately to the general ledger Assist with purchase orders, expense reporting, and budget tracking Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities Prepare reports and maintain organized accounting records Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment questions Identify opportunities to improve accounting and billing processes Qualifications 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
