Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity

Central Tennessee Private Practice is seeking a general orthopedic surgeon to join our team. The physician will be working at four days at one practice and one day at a second practice 40 minutes away. This is an opportunity to partnership with a two-year guaranteed salary and $1,200 per day for call. The practice is a 50-year-old private practice with 16 physicians in surgical groups that include general orthopedics, sports orthopedics, non-surgical sports medicine, neurosurgery, anesthesia pain, and surgical podiatry. The practice offers nice on-campus office suites, CRNA anesthesia, seven days of required paid call, and extra call is available. Ancillary revenue includes MRI, X-ray, DME, and PT. The practice also offers real estate equity, partnership in a new ASC opened in 2026, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, relocation, outstanding employers funded medical benefits for the entire family, 401K with employer match plus additional contributions, and marketing plus practice growth assistance.
