Compensation
Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation.
Regular Pay: $10/hr
Overtime Pay: $15/hr
Weekly Housing Stipend: $1125.60
Weekly Per Diem: $360
Weekly Gross Pay: $ 1,485.60(subject to completion of scheduled hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: 8 hr Day
- Scheduled Hours: 40 hours [Hours per Facility]
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving overall function.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Georgia PTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
