Commercial Loan Documentation Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation, review and management of loan documentation for the commercial loan portfolio of the bank. This role ensures that loan documents are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan approval terms. A Commercial Loan Documentation Manager oversees the Commercial Loan Document Preparation department of the bank and works with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure processes and procedures are efficient.

Qualifications Preferred:

• 3 + years of commercial loan documentation experience preferred
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• High level of knowledge of commercial loan products and documentation
• Previous experience with Laser Pro, preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Possesses multi-tasking skills and function well under pressure
• Present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether verbally or written
• Openness to wearing multiple hats and being a team player
• Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members
