We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, treatment planning and going over treatment plan with the patients. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive
- Answer incoming phone calls and fill up the patient schedule
- Present dental treatment plant to patients and have patients sign consent forms and collect payments.
- Insurance verification.
- Minimum of one year of dental office experience is required .
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- This is an "at-will" employment opportunity
