The Role As aShine Medical Assistant, you’re more than a clinical support staff member — you’re asmile-maker, a calm-in-the-storm, and a key part of our care team. You’ll greet patients like family, keep our clinical engine running smoothly, and bring a warm, kid-friendly energy to every interaction. What You’ll Do Prepare patients for exams & labs with a caring, confident approach Take vitals & document in our EMR system Perform blood draws, urine collections, and specialty testing- THIS POSITION UTILIZES HEAVY PHLEBOTOMY SKILLS Administer vaccines with skill and a gentle touch Answer patient messages & calls related to back-office care Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for the next superstar patient Perform EKGs Educate parents about Shine’s philosophy & guide them through care steps

THIS ROLE WILL CROSS TRAIN IN THE FRONT OFFICE
