Overview
Registered Nurse – Endoscopy in Petoskey, Michigan. Start date: 07/13/2026. This travel, temporary assignment runs for 13 weeks with a weekly pay range of $2,357–$2,399. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Work setting is a hospital-based Endoscopy unit within a travel staffing assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct RN care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures and the immediate post-procedure period.
- Assess pre- and post-procedure status, monitor vital signs, and observe for adverse reactions to sedation per policy.
- Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile technique, assist GI team with instrumentation, and ensure accurate instrument counts.
- Document assessments, plans of care, procedures performed, and post-procedure instructions; communicate changes using SBAR and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient flow, education, and discharge planning; contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment.

Requirements
- Active Michigan registered nurse (RN) license
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN Endoscopy experience
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital Endoscopy setting and fast-paced environment
- Nursing degree (RN) from an accredited program; current licensure required
