Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency Promote DevOps best practices, automation‑first thinking, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise‑scale platforms and services 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation 2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting 2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Linux operating systems Experience with container technologies Working knowledge of Kubernetes Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift Experience with data platforms such as: Redis MongoDB SingleStore CockroachDB Skills Analytical Thinking Application Development Automation Production Support Risk Management Adaptability Architecture DevOps Practices Solution Delivery Process Solution Design Business Acumen Innovative Thinking Project Management Stakeholder Management Technical Strategy Development Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr Bank of America
