Job Description:

• Administrator for OpenText xECM.
• Advanced proficiency in Content Server, Archive Center, and xECM for SAP environments.
• Professional background with livereports, webreports, workflows, and Records Management.
• Competency in Oracle SQL alongside OpenText Schema.
• L2 Support
• Assisting end users & developing KEDB documentation
• Solving application issues
• System Monitoring
• Managing Incident Resolution
• Executing Service Request fulfillment
• Bash shell scripting
• Linux server administration
• Clustering
• In-depth OpenText backend server installation and patching
