This posting is for a professional clinical mental health counselor. We are looking for independently licensed mental health clinicians (New Mexico) to join our growing therapy team in Las Cruces. We offer both 1099 and W-2 employment.

Renew Counseling is an established, rapidly expanding outpatient mental health clinic based in Las Cruces, NM. Our team of highly experienced counselors is equipped to treat a wide spectrum of psychological conditions using cutting-edge, evidence-based care. As active contributors to peer-reviewed research for progressive therapy methods, we foster a culture centered on clinical excellence, continuous learning, and therapist well-being. By offering capped caseloads (~25 sessions/week), full administrative management, and flexible work arrangements, Renew Counseling provides a supportive, sustainable environment where dedicated clinicians can do their best work without the systemic burnout.
